Refund policy

KARMA DIGITAL S.A.S. ("Karma Digital") offers a 30-day refund policy on AudioTap. Try the app. If it is not for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to request

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout, or your Paddle transaction ID. A short reason is welcome but not required.

How it is processed

Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for AudioTap. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within five to ten business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30 days

Outside the 30-day window we are not obligated to refund, but we will look at the request. If AudioTap stopped working for a reason on our side, write us anyway.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your purchase, please email us first. A chargeback before contact freezes future purchases under your account and is harder to undo. We have not refused a refund yet.
